South Indian Style (Coconut Red Chili Chutney) Ingredients 1 coconut- grated 8 dry red chilies 5 shallots 1 marble sized piece of tamarind salt to taste MethodRoast the red chilies, coconut and shallots. Add all the ingredients into a blender/food processor and grind with tamarind without adding water. Use as a chutney or serve as a side dish with rice. Serves 10-12
