Mango Mousse TartThis recipe is contributed by Millie MitraIngredients1 kg mango pulp200 gm dates3 tbsp husk/wheat bran300 gm bananaFor the crust1 kg grated coconut300 gm datescrushed nuts to bindFor GarnishDate pastecocoa powderMethodSpread a layer as the crust base. Blend the mousse ingredients and spoon on top. Freeze. Mix date paste and cocoa powder with little water so that it can be of drizzle consistency. Drizzle on the tart and serve.Serves 15-20
