Kidney Beans (Rajma) Rice
Ingredients
- 3 cups whole brown or red rice
- 1 ½ cups kidney beans
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tomato, crushed
- 1 bayleaf
- 2 tsp salt
Method
Soak kidney bean overnight. Cook the rice with the kidney bean, crushed tomatoes, garam masala, bayleaf and salt.
Serves 5-6
