Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream

Best milk used to make vegan ice cream is cashew milk.

Procedure –

1.Take 1/4 cup (katori) of cashews.

2. Add 7-8 dates (or you can add sugar or any natural sweetener like maple syrup)

3. Add 1 tsp vanilla eseence.

4. Take these in a grinder and grind.

5. Add some water and grind till it become a fine paste.

6. Add 1/2 glass of water.

7. Freeze for 7-8 hours

8. After freezing, take it out, let it get slightly loose.

9. Cut it into pieces and grind again.

10. Freeze it again for 1 hour.

Take it out after an hour and enjoy the guilt free healthy ice cream.😋🤩
