Vegan Kheer

Ingredients –

1 katori almond

¼ karoti basmati rice washed

½ sugar

2-3 Cardamom

Nuts – Cashew pista badam for garnishing

Procedure –

Soak the almonds overnight

Soak the rice for 2 hrs

Grind almonds in mixer and add water to make almond milk.

Boil Almond Milk and add the soaked rice

Boil till the kheer is cooked as normal kheer

When boiled, add Elichi, nuts, and sugar

Kheer is ready.
