Vegan Cashew Sour Cream ‘Yogurt’ Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked cashews
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp minced green onion
  • 2 tbsp minced carrot (optional)
  • 1 tbsp minced dill (optional)

Method

In food processor blend everything except green onion, carrot, dill. When mixture is smooth and creamy stir in the other ingredients.

Serves 6-8.
