Tomato Salad with Peanuts and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes (about 1 sq cm pieces)
  • 2 tbsp roasted groundnuts, crushed coarsely
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
  • green chilies, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • a little date paste (optional)

Method

Mix all the ingredients together. Serve.
