Tomato Salad with Peanuts and Coconut
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes (about 1 sq cm pieces)
- 2 tbsp roasted groundnuts, crushed coarsely
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- green chilies, finely chopped
- salt to taste
- a little date paste (optional)
Method
Mix all the ingredients together. Serve.
