Thai Raw Papaya Salad


Thai Raw Papaya Salad Recipe by Archana's Kitchen


  • 2-3 raw papayas, peeled and grated
  • 6-8 long green beans, chopped and steamed (you can use french beans instead)
  • 4-3 chopped ripe tomatoes
  • ½ cup peanuts, crushed
  • kaffir lime leaves


  • green chilies to taste
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp date paste
  • 1/3 cup chopped coriander



  • Stir  the salad ingredients.

  • Adjust the sweetness, lemon and chillies to suit your taste and serve the Raw Green Papaya Salad immediately to retain its freshness and nutrition.
