Raw Carrot Halwa
Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot, unpeeled, grated.
- 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- raisins
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- grated almonds,pistachio,cashews for garnish
Method
Mix the grated carrots and coconut together. Add the cardamom powder and raisins if using. Add the dates and mix well using your fingertips to knead the dates in the carrot mixture. Serve garnished with grated almonds,pistachio and cashews
