Pumpkin PorridgeIngredients½ kg old dark yellow pumpkin5 gm brown rice powder, mixed with a cup of water (optional)1/4 cup coconut milka hint of cinnamona pinch of saltdate paste to tasteMethodCut the pumpkin into small pieces, steam, mash. (DO NOT PEEL). Boil the mashed pumpkin along with the coconut milk, salt, cinnamon, date paste and the rice paste if you are adding it. Serve hot or cold.Serves 8
