Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients –
  • 2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cup coconut milk/ cashew milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • Half cup ice cubes
  • 4 seedless dates
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
Method –
Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. add some water if needed. Sprinkle chia seeds at the top.
