Peanut Rice

Ingredients:

  • 25 gms peanut
  • 250 gms whole rice, soaked for 8-10 hrs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

Put the peanut in boiling water, boil it a few minutes and rinse under cool water. Cook the rice with the peanut and salt.

Variations:

Cooked kidney beans (rajma) can be used instead of peanuts
