Papaya Banana Saffron Smoothie

Ingredients –

  • 3 cup frozen papaya
  • 2 frozen banana
  • 6 seedless dates
  • Half cup coconut milk (you can use other nut milk like cashew, almond milk also)

Method – 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour this smoothie base into bowls, and top with any fresh seasonal fruits and nuts.
