Great as an accompaniment to Mexican rice, Mexican beans, stir-fried or grilled Mexican vegetables and Mexican tortillas.
Ingredients
spicy red chilies
salt
natural vinegar
Method
Wash chillies, dry and cut off the stems. Place in a (small) bottle and squeeze till the bottle is full. Fill the extra space with vinegar. Add salt and allow to sit for a few days. Then put in the blender and blend till you get a smooth sauce.
