Oats Smoothie

Ingredients –

4 Bananas

4 tbsp oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp flax seeds

1tbsp chia seeds

5-6 dates

Procedure –

Grind them in mixer grinder, then add some water and grind one more time. Then add some more water.

It should have semi solid consistency, otherwise it will taste very bad.Your drink is ready.
