Nut Free Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cups steamed diced potato
- 1 cup steamed diced carrot
- ½ cup water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup onion powder
- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ¼ tsp mustard sauce
Method
Blend all the ingredients into a smooth, creamy paste. Store in fridge for up to one week.
