Lady Finger Chutney Ingredients 500 gm ladies finger 1 coconut, grated. 5 green chilies 4 pods of garlic 1 lemon sized tamarind ball salt to taste Method Roast the ladies finger in a kadai without oil till it’s dry. Roast the coconut. Roast the green chilies and garlic. Grind together with tamarind pulp and salt. Serves 5-6
