Lady Finger Chutney

Ingredients

  • 500 gm ladies finger
  • 1 coconut, grated.
  • 5 green chilies
  • 4 pods of garlic
  • 1 lemon sized tamarind ball
  • salt to taste

Method

Roast the ladies finger in a kadai without oil till it’s dry. Roast the coconut. Roast the green chilies and garlic. Grind together with tamarind pulp and salt.
