Homemade Vegan Mexican Salsa

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup finely chopped coriander – you can use leaves and stems
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • optional – finely chopped green chilies to taste

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a bottle. Store in the fridge for about 24 hours then its ready for use.
