Homemade Vegan Mexican Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup finely chopped coriander – you can use leaves and stems
- ¾ tsp salt
- optional – finely chopped green chilies to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bottle. Store in the fridge for about 24 hours then its ready for use.
