• 2 raw bananas – steamed and mashed • ½ beetroot – grated • ½ carrot – grated • ½ coconut – grated • chopped ginger • chopped garlic • chopped green chilies • coriander leaves • peanuts – roasted and coarsely powdered • salt to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients including salt. Shape in to tikkis (patties). Coat with roasted peanut powder. Dry roast on tawa until peanut powder browns. Enjoy with chickpea curry or just the chutneys!
