Healthy Miso-Avocado Dip


  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 tsp miso
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced very finely
  • 1/4 onion chopped very finely
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 large or two small red radishes, grated finely
  • 1/2 tsp of mustard


Mash the avocado, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve this on bread or as a dip with freshly sliced vegetables.
