Healthy Miso-Avocado Dip

Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 clove of garlic, minced very finely
- 1/4 onion chopped very finely
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 large or two small red radishes, grated finely
- 1/2 tsp of mustard
Method
Mash the avocado, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve this on bread or as a dip with freshly sliced vegetables.
