Green Pudina-Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 50 gm coriander
  • 25 gm pudina (mint)
  • 2 green chilies
  • ½ piece ginger
  • ½  tamarind/raw mango/lime
  • salt to taste
  • date paste to taste

Method

Wash and chop coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger. Add rest of the ingredients. Grind in a blender until fine. Add little water if necessary. Serve with chat, parathas, idlis, dosa, vegan omelette etc
