Green Pudina-Mint Chutney Ingredients 50 gm coriander 25 gm pudina (mint) 2 green chilies ½ piece ginger ½ tamarind/raw mango/lime salt to taste date paste to taste Method Wash and chop coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger. Add rest of the ingredients. Grind in a blender until fine. Add little water if necessary. Serve with chat, parathas, idlis, dosa, vegan omelette etc Serves 2-3
