Green Bean Salad with Peanuts


  • ½ kg washed and chopped green beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup of roasted peanuts, walnuts or raisins


Steam the washed and chopped green beans. Add 1 tsp of salt. Once cooked, remove and strain. Add the rest of the ingredients while the beans are still warm. Mix together and serve.
