Grape shake
This smoothie is creamy and light. Not only will it add extra fiber to your day, but having a pumpkin in the morning will keep you fuller, longer.
Ingredients
- 3 frozen ripe bananas;
- 15 black grapes;
- 3tablespoons of raisins;
- 150ml of coconutwater.
Method
Blend all the above ingredients. Serve chilled.
