Simple Grape Smoothie - Tried and Tasty

This smoothie is creamy and light. Not only will it add extra fiber to your day, but having a pumpkin in the morning will keep you fuller, longer.

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen ripe bananas;
  • 15 black grapes;
  • 3tablespoons of raisins;
  • 150ml of coconutwater.

Method

Blend all the above ingredients. Serve chilled.
