Garlic-Peanut Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 pod of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
  • 1 roasted red chili or more to taste
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • salt to taste

Method

Roast the red chili and let it cool. Grind the roasted peanuts and chili coarsely in a food processor or grinder. Add the garlic, coconut, salt and pulse for a few seconds.

Tip – Make a large batch of this dry chutney by multiplying the recipe and store in the fridge, readily accessible for those emergencies.
