Easy No-Bean Hummus

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups chopped zucchini
  • ½ cup sesame seeds (roasted or soaked for 3-4 hours)
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 6-8 green olives
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and serve with carrot and cucumber sticks, radish, broccoli florets, or salad leaves.
