Easy No-Bean Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped zucchini
- ½ cup sesame seeds (roasted or soaked for 3-4 hours)
- lemon juice to taste
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 6-8 green olives
- 1 tsp paprika
Method
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and serve with carrot and cucumber sticks, radish, broccoli florets, or salad leaves.
