Coconut, Dates & Carrot Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 tbsp roasted urad dal
- 1 piece tamarind
- 10 gm date paste
- 2 tbsp fresh coconut
- 2 red chilies
- salt to taste
Method
Roast urad dal, red chilies. Add tamarind. Mix all the other ingredients and grind in a blender.
