Coconut, Dates & Carrot Chutney

Ingredients

  •  1 carrot, grated
  • 1 tbsp roasted urad dal
  • 1 piece tamarind
  • 10 gm date paste
  • 2 tbsp fresh coconut
  • 2 red chilies
  • salt to taste

Method

Roast urad dal, red chilies. Add tamarind. Mix all the other ingredients and grind in a blender.
