Chocolate Banana Smoothie


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 5-6 dates for extra sweetness (optional)


Mix all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind. Add some water and grind again. Add extra cocoa powder if you like it dark. Add dates if you require extra sweetness and ice-cubes if you want it cold. Yummilicious!
