Chocolate Banana Smoothie Ingredients 2 ripe bananas 1 tbsp flax seeds 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional) 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder ½ cup water 5-6 dates for extra sweetness (optional) Method Mix all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind. Add some water and grind again. Add extra cocoa powder if you like it dark. Add dates if you require extra sweetness and ice-cubes if you want it cold. Yummilicious! Serves 1
