Cashew Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients

• 40 gm (4 tsp) cashew sour cream (recipe see multi-purpose cashew paste)
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp mustard seed powder
• rock salt to taste
• ground black pepper to taste
• 1 small onion or spring onion
• ½ tsp of date paste

Method

Mix all the ingredients and serve as a dip or add some water while blending it and pour over salads.
