Cashew Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole cashews
  • 4 cups fresh water
  • 5-6 seedless dates

Method

In a high speed blender or grinder, churn the cashews and dates to form a smooth paste adding a little water if needed. Blend again with some more water, until you get the desired consistency.

Once prepared, use within 4 days.

Uses

  • Can be used to make curd, smoothies, tea, coffee, curries.
