Almond Milk

Almonds and its milk comes under overtfat category and so not recommended in our diet schedule , however those who are highly addictive of animal milk can take this option for some days of addiction. 


  • 1 cup whole almonds, soaked in water overnight
  • 4 cups fresh water
  • 2-3 seedless dates(optional)


Drain and discard the water from the soaked almonds. In a high speed blender or grinder, churn the soft almonds to form a smooth paste adding a little water if needed. Mix in the dates and blend again with some more water, until you get the desired consistency. You need not to peel it before grinding and can use mixer like sujata to get smooth milk.
