2-Minute Vegan Thandhai

Best milk used to make Vegan Thandhai is cashew milk.

Quantity –

1 and a 1/2 glass

Procedure –

1.Take 1/4 cup (katori) of cashews.

2. Add 7-8 dates (or you can add sugar or any natural sweetener like maple syrup)

3. Add kesar (5 -6 threads), sauf (1/4 tbsp) and 1 elaichi for flavour.

4. Take these in a grinder and grind.

5. Add some water and grind till it become a fine paste.

6. Add 1 glass of water.

7. Now your Thandhai is ready. Best taste is when chillied 👌👌
